[K12OSN] *INEXPENSIVE* mobo/cpu options?

I've tried Dell Optiplex PII machines in the past, but mind you, they
had SoundBlaster16 sound cards in them. I know that all the other
hardware works just fine; our Optiplexes use 3Com 3C905 network chipsets
and ATI 3D Rage video chipsets in them--all stuff that's LTSP-friendly.
