[K12OSN] Server Help! (a little desperate)

Sounds like a glitch in hardware, Just went through a glitchy problem 
with a dell server. No concrete faults in diags, but ended up replacing 
the mother board(precautionary), main memory(definitely bad), and raid 
key/memory, (probable).
