[K12OSN] script to kill user processes

I've noticed repeatedly that after a wave of students have logged in and 
out there are a number of processes users still logged in long after 
they have logged out...

Are others experiencing same? How are you killing those errant processes?

Is there a command that will stop all user processes based on a 
combination of who and kill?

I'd really appreciate any help here...
