Nearest airports in order of distance....near to far

Portland International Jetport (Portland , ME)
Manchester Airport (Manchester, NH) primarily Southwest Airlines
Pease International Tradeport (Portsmouth/Dover NH) only Pan-Am)
Bangor International Airport (Bangor, ME)
Logan Airport (Boston, MA)

Montreal is a ways, but might be a more valid option for Canadians.

Bethel is just over the Maine/NH border in the Western part of the state. 
The ski area is Sunday River.
