I must say that I have become slightly dissolutioned with k12ltsp 4.1 I had a
running server using 3.1.2 I decied to upgrade and did a fresh install. I have
had this problem for over a week. I have googled through hundreds of pages and
have confirmed all servercies are running as per docs. If I do a clean install
and setup everything with defaults I get this error. 3.1.2 worked perfectly out
the box and I dont mind that as much as the fact that I have seen this problem
asked so many times and yet to see and answer. I wish you better luck and if you
do resolve it please post back to the list as I am sure it will help someone else.\

Regards\
Dean
