[K12OSN] Ktouch problem

Having problems with Ktouch,  sometimes when a student starts Ktouch
they are put back at the unknown typing lesson. They have to be reset to
the english typing lesson again.  No way to know what level they were
at. What could be going wrong. Using LTSP 4.1

Also, is there a utility to see and manage all students ktouch
preference/stats files, ie know there levels, words per minute,
accuracy, etc.
