[K12OSN] apt-get and yum repositories

[Doug Simpson]

I am using FC1 and the stuff provided here won't work.  I tried 
substituting fc1 where fc2 was and it would not work.

Can I do an online upgrade to fc2 right on top of fc1 and how would I do 
that?
