The installer does it all for you.  All you need is an nfs-visible
directory containing the iso images.  You do have to boot an installer
that matches the iso set, although sometimes the same one will work
across different beta releases.  FC2 has an image that you can copy to
a USB flash drive for the initial boot on machines that support it.
Otherwise you need the 1st CD or a boot floppy plus net and sometimes
scsi driver floppies. You can do the loopback mount to extract those
images if necessary.
