[K12OSN] doing the pivot_root server not responding

Looks like your Nic etc is okay.
After the DHYCP it trys to load a kernel, looks like that is not going
Check yout TFTP settings
DHCP server giving the correct path to the kernel?
Kernel in that path on the server?
TFTP service running?
