It is indeed a newer build than FC3t3. See

On the Fedora devel list, it was noted that this FC3 "testing" build is
the
same as the 20041022 rawhide tree.

My K12LTSP-ized version is FC3testing, the couple of patches in rawhide
since
then, plus the K12LTSP-specific packages from K12LTSP 4.1.1. Oh, and the
latest
builds of qcad & tuxpaint that are not fully tested.
