[K12OSN] Loading vmlinuz.ltsp

You have 2 nics, both set to DHCP ?

Are both nics plugged into the same switch, getting their addresses
from the same DHCP server ?

if so, then it isn't gonna work.

with k12ltsp, you really need to set eth0 with a static IP address,
typically 192.168.0.254.  AND, it must be on a separate switch.
Or at least on a separate VLAN.  putting both nics on the same
physical network isn't gonna work.
