[K12OSN] Adding an automatic messgae to the end of email

Hi

I am looking for a method of addig a disclaimer type
message to the end of all email sent via smtp (without
using the signature function of evolution).

Essentially it would say that we use Open Office and
point the recepient to the web site for a free office
product.
