so are you assuming the ts cal is per concurrent user, or  100 actual
physical hardware terminals?

We will have probably have 125 clients soon.  at $35 each, while
reasonable,  $4375 is hard swallow on a total tech budget of $11,000, well
$13,000 if you add in $2000 I have for software.
I was hoping to target the concurrent user target.
