This just means that the tftp client is not installed.  You
don't normally need the client program on the server - I
just thought it would be a good test to see if the tftp
server was working properly (which it probably isn't or
the clients would boot).  If it doesn't work you still have
to find and fix whatever is broken.  You can pick up the
client with 'yum install tftp' but all it will do is help
you test the server.

Let's back up a little.  If you are trying to use all the
default settings your server's inside IP address should be
192.168.0.254.  I didn't mention that before because I thought
you might have some special setup.  If you are just trying
to make the defaults work, maybe you should set eth0's
IP addess to 192.168.0.254 and run:
/opt/ltsp/templates/k12linux/K12Linux-LTSP-initialize
to set all the default configuration up before hunting for
things that might have been missed.

If you don't have anything working to the point where you
have made custom changes you can always reinstall from
scratch too.
