[K12OSN] disk quotas for users and groups

May want to open up Webmin -- Disk and Filesystems --  then open up a 
partition, say just the "/" partition, then look in advanced mount 
options, set quotas to user and group, reboot machine and then you'll be 
able to set quotas in Webmin using the Disk Quota module.
