Assuming you are using the current version of K12LTSP...if not you'll need
the correct settings.   Anyway...these are changed in 
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/k12ltsp.list

# K12LTSP Repository
rpm ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/ apt/fc2 k12ltsp os updates non-free
extras meta
rpm-src ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/ apt/fc2 k12ltsp os updates non-free
extras meta
