[K12OSN] Serial Mice

This is a stand alone machine so I did not install the LTSP component.  I
looked for the file because I make all of those changes in the lts.conf on
my server.  Any other suggestions?  And of course the big question is why
doesn't 4.1 let me assign the port during the initial install.
