[K12OSN] how to add KDE menu to IceWm

In IceWM the Gnome menu is in there by default and allows me to access
many of Gnome's items....in the past I've had the KDE menu option as well.
 I have no idea what the syntax is to add it in the menu config for
IceWM...can any one help?  What is the line I need to add in the icewm
menu config file to get the KDE menu?
