Nope, this doesn't work. The OOo config files are unique to every user.

How OOo in K12LTSP works is by making oowriter, oocalc, etc into wrapper scripts
that check to see if the user has OOo installed. If yes, it runs the app. If
not, it runs the install using /etc/openoffice/autoresponse.conf as a 
template.
