[K12OSN] samba-winbind-ads setup

Henry,

I've actually rolled back to square one in the hopes that I'd get some help.
I had tweaked so much that my setup wasn't "clean".  This way, I'll start
out fresh, and make troubleshooting (if necessary) much easier.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.  I've got a head cold
so getting winbind running is a distant rememberance for myself.  I'll
see about setting up something in VMWare tomorrow and try to get it
working, that way I can be at the same step you are.  Is getent passwd
still working?  does /etc/nsswitch.conf have anything mentioning winbind
in the group, shadow, and passwd lines?
