Yes I would also like to see /etc/yum.conf

I have never used yum before as I use Slackware at home. As far as I
understand for k12ltsp 3.1.2 (redhat 9) I need to first get gnupg like so

# rpm -Uvh
http://download.fedoralegacy.org/redhat/9/updates/i386/gnupg-1.2.1-9.i386.rpm

Then I need to get yum like so

    # rpm -ivh
    http://download.fedora.us/fedora/redhat/9/i386/RPMS.stable/yum-2.0.3-0.fdr.1.rh90.noarch.rpm

then I edit /etc/yum.conf (this is where I need help) I'm assuming I
must insert

ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/yum/9/

somewhere. Then I just run

#yum update

Is this correct? Anything to watch out for? I cannot afford downtime as
the whole school depends on the lab.
