[K12OSN] teachertool

i have a revised TeaCh2.py and a n executable called x11vncnew..plus my
working notes..i have better written up..chuck..reply off list and i will
ship em to you..
This is primordial stuff..We are working on it at ltsp-by-the-sea in November
