Probably just a false positive.

Run "rpm -K rpm-devel-4.3.2-21.i386.rpm" to verify the signature and
integrity of the package. If it says "NOT OK", your package has been
modified and should be discarded & a fresh copy downloaded and verified.

Just for kicks, I ran a copy through McAfee and it reported no problems.
