I guess I'm missing something...
we had to go out and get the xvesa and install it...
it is at the /opt/ltsp/i386/usr/X11R6/bin/Xvesa  location

I still get the server error....
I'm using a Dell 15" flat panel...if that makes any difference

also is   XSERVER=Xvesa the only change I need to make in the lts.conf
file?
