[K12OSN] TX overrun Problem

Hello.
I am facing a network issue , My telnet applications halts or hangs at
the client side.
Ifconfig shows TX overruns , where could be the problem .

Server is Redhat 9.0 and LTSP 4.1.1 clients are celeron machines wuth
RTL8139 cards with ehterboot 
Server is P4 with 2GB of RAM with Software mirroring.
