[K12OSN] IceWM acting weird

Anyone help me out.

I change the default desktop from Gnome to IceWM by changing the
/etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf. (The line DefaultSession=default.desktop change
to  DefaultSession=IceWM.desktop)

1. The splash screen of Open Office is blank(white) except for the progress bar.
2. A Nautilus window of the user's home directory pop up after login
3. The icons on the desktop disappear when the user clicks on the
start menu. ( comes back after you click on the desktop or the when
start is unfocus.

What can I do fix these?
