[K12OSN] k12ltsp display lock default

vers 4.4.0 introduces something I haven't seen in earlier versions. 
When setting up a new user, the default option is for the screen to 
lock out (log off) after 10 min. Is there a way to "uncheck" this? 
Otherwise, with each new user, I have to uncheck that option.

Searching/goggling didn't turn anything up so sorry if I'm asking a FAQ.
