[K12OSN] Re: 4.2.1EL ssh-agent processes not dying

ssh-agent is used to "remember" your ssh passphrase
for the duration of your login, so that you only have
to enter it once even when making numerous ssh
attempts.  I can't think of why it would be required
in K12LTSP, but maybe somebody else has got an idea.
