[K12OSN] synaptic and K12LSTP repositories

To answer the other part of the question, webmin is *supposed* to
be in the apt repository. I only have 4.4.0 boxes available to me
right at this moment, but they all see webmin...

 	$ apt-cache search webmin
 	webmin - A web-based administration interface for Unix systems.

Petre, what version of K12LTSP are you working with?
