[K12OSN] help needed with website problem

I 've just installed a 24 station lab....no problems with the setup.
The teacher in the lab said that they were having problems with a
website...I went and looked for myself...sure enough   the site is

www.fcatexplorer.com      this site is used by almost every school in
Florida
problem is you have to login to the site....once the first student does
that all other students have to wait up to a minute to login,,,then the
next , the next, etc.

This one problem could kill our whole project.  

Server		Dell   dual 2.4 processors
		4gb ram

switch		48 port 100mb

workstation		Dell optiplex gx1
			64mb ram
