I'm pretty sure this works, but not tested on the production box here at
work ;-)
1) make Gnome & KDE sessions inaccessible:
cd /usr/share/xsessions/
chmod a-wrx kde.desktop gnome.desktop
2) edit /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf and make the default icewm.desktop
DefaultSession=icewm.desktop
