[K12OSN] Schoolbell dependancy

Eric,

I think python-reportlab is missing from the 4.4.1 directory, I manually 
grabbed it from 
http://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/K12LTSP/4.4.0/RPMS/updates/python-reportlab-1.20-3.fc4.noarch.rpm 
and it worked fine, but just FYI it's not in the 4.4.1 directory
