[K12OSN] Kernel panic

I don't know...
I had some MSI board that would NEVER boot with the 4.2 disc...but 4.1
was fine...never figured a fix for that..just decided to use debian and
backuppc for that box =)
The Intels tho...were just finicky(sp)..
