[K12OSN] Jetdirect printing using a thin client

I am using FC4.4 ltsp.
I finally figured out how to get a thin client on a fixed IP and that
part is straight but I still can't get the printer on the thin client to
print.

I edited the lts.conf file as follows:
[00:40:33:e2:e7:63]
      PRINTER_0_DEVICE = /dev/lp0
      PRINTER_0_TYPE = P

I saved the lts.conf file.
I ran updatedb
I went to printer configuration and entered the data for the printer
attached to the client. The printer is an HP Laserjet 4 Plus at thin
client address 192.168.01

The configuration goes as far as asking if the page printed okay and
then nothing happens even after letting things set for several hours. 
When I clicked no on the does the printout look okay box I get the
output below:
