[K12OSN] Jetdirect printing using a thin client

The simple test is to try and telnet to the workstation at port 9100,
like this:

   telnet 192.168.0.1 9100

See if it accepts the connection.  Then, whatever you type should appear
on the printer.  Hit Ctrl-L to eject the page.

If tht works, then it's a problem in your CUPS configuration.

if it doesn't work, then it's a problem in your ltsp printer config.
