[K12OSN] Voice recognition software?

Just clarifying...are you looking for voice recognition software which
will recognize what you say into a microphone and turn it into text on the
screen....OR are you looking for text-to-speech software which will read
back the text on a computer screen.  (which sounds like what you
want...right?)
