[K12OSN] Emergency: Cannot install 4.4....hanging on pnp stuff

I'm going to load 4.4 PR3 on a dual xeon dell tomorrow.
This box has been working fine on k12-FC2 as well, just trying to get the summer upgrade done before school starts next week.

I'll post my results tomorrow afternoon.
