It should run automatically post-install, but only if you pick the
"LTSP" install option (or pick the "Custom" install option and then
select the "LTSP" package, or you pick "Upgrade" and the LTSP packages
had been previously installed).

If you do a regular server install and add the K12LTSP packages afterwards,
the post-install script is not auto-magically ran.
