You should be able to preset them in the userinfo.in file, as per the instructions.

If your file contains

firstname,surname,username,GID,shell,home directory,password

you should be able to run

smbldap-useradd-bulk -f userinfo.in -o userinfo.out

And it reads the file for all the info. If you don't want to include any of the field just leave 
them blank but I usually populate them all except for password, as I generate my userinfo.in file 
from a spreadsheet it quite easy just to include the other files like shell etc.
