[K12OSN] PyKota

I run Pykota, only just rolled it out across college and haven't used it in anger yet. The print 
servers are running Fedora Core 3. I've got another Fedora Core 3 server running Postgres as the 
database backend.

I can send you instructions on what packages you need to install if you like.
