I have several offices connected with CIPE, which used to be
the easiest to use and up through fedora FC1 could be set
up with the GUI system network tool.  However it was dropped
with the change to the 2.6 kernel in FC2 and later.  Now I'd
try OpenVPN first unless you have ipsec experience and are
sure it works in the distribution you have.
