[K12OSN] Microsoft Office on K12 LTSP

I understand that and would prefer that.  But, if superintendent still
wants students to have access to Microsoft Office then I need to do that. 
First goal is get K12 LTSP and Open Office in the door.  The students will
tend to have no issues, but sometimes gotta please the powers that be to
allow the change to occur.
