You might want to peek at the logs to see if you can tell why it is
blocking the k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us site, but one way or another
you have to get there to pick up the mirror list, then connect to
one of the mirror sites for the actual download. A 'yum update' while
you have the connection would be a good idea too...
