[K12OSN] K12LTSP with iMac terminal

I did get a bit of sound working using my usual LTSP server.  I
specified the following in the lts.conf for the Macs:

    SOUND= Y
    SOUND_DAEMON= esd
    SMODULE_01= dmasound_core
    SMODULE_02= dmasound_pmac

I managed to get sound from XMMS when using the eSound plugin.  There
was a bit of a delay, of around 1 second though.

Doesn't appear that any other programs work with the sound though.  They
always seem to want to talk directly to /dev/dsp
