[K12OSN] Installing 4.2.0 (any hints or tips?)

i DL'd the 4.2.0 isos and am ready to put it on a
server that serves into two classrooms.  it's got 3 Gb
RAM and is a pretty fast AMD Athlon CPU.  using 100 Mb
ethernet NICs and switches on all of it.  currently
this server is running 3.0.0 and nfs mounting /home
from a different server with SCSI drive.  there are
only 10 clients on this server at this time (but plans
are to add probably 10 more this year and maybe more
next year).

what do i have to do to install 4.2.0 and get these
things functioning properly?
- apt/yum/whatever for updates
- webmin (i use it alot)
- adobe reader
- flash player
- java j2re
- mount /home
- IceWM
- sound on clients
- sound on flash in mozilla
