[K12OSN] net getlocalsid

could annyone explain the relationship between netbios name,macine name
workgroup name and getlocalsid??between a rock and a hard place because

if i set netbios name and workgroup name the same slbldap works fine til w
200 gets a hair across its powersupply and decides there are duplicate
names on network

if i set them differently net getlocalsid fails.
