Close - delta instead of gamma.

I've tested Windows profiles and local login suceesfully, but
I haven't been able to test logging into a thin client, and I haven't
tested after doing the updates.  If anyone else can confirm that
they've tested those things, we'll make 1.2-delta into the "official"
1.2 release.

(There is a NEWS file in the tarball that explains all the changes to
these different versions, BTW.)
