[K12OSN] Remote locking of terminal screens

Has anyone figured out how to remotely lock the screens of specific
terminals (I currently kick specific applications or kick an entire
group of kids off, but I would rather in some cases just keep locking
the screen so they can't do anything at the moment but pay attention).
