We also use http://helpdesk.centralmanclc.com/. Users and support staff
both find it VERY easy to use. It's also pretty straightforward to
customize. My only beef is that it uses postgresql, which in my opinion
is the "database from hell". But once you got the pgsql end of things
sorted out, it works great.
