[K12OSN] New package for testing: securex-ltsp

Over the weekend I played around with Gideon Romm's securex LTSP
session. In a nut-shell, this tunnels all of the terminal traffic
through SSH.

It is not perfect, but it works well enough to start playing with. I
packaged it for others who want to start poking at it:
